For different markets, our pro-organic bentonite clay is also specially targeted. For example, in North America, our CP-250A is particularly popular in Canada. In Russia, CP-992 is the largest seller. In the Middle East, CP-2 has the largest sales volume. So when you ask us about organic bentonite, it’s a good idea to tell us about your market, and your base oil.

 Especially in Kuwait and UAE region, CP-2 Organophilic clay for drilling: this is an Organophilic clay bentonite specially designed for diesel systems.

Suspension and rheology are the biggest advantages of Pro-Organic Bentonite Clay, which can prevent the well wall from caving in, Organophilic clay can increase the rock-carrying capacity of drilling fluids, which can help to bring the drill cuttings out of the borehole in time and prevent the borehole from clogging.

CP-250A Pro-organophilic clay has good dispersion, suspension and slurry making properties: it is a high-temperature resistant rheology additive for synthetic oils in the Canadian region, and Organophilic clay reduces fluctuations in performance due to temperature and pressure changes.

Particularly dispersible and self-activating, organomodified bentonite, CP-250A is valuable in low shear mud plant operations and wellsite completion fluid fabrication.

Organoclay (OC), formed by surface modification of clay minerals with organic compounds, is a typical additive for oil-based drilling fluids (OBDF) to provide rheological properties that not only improve the performance of drilling fluids, but also increase the safety of the drilling process and the efficiency of slurry production.

CP-992 Organophilic Clay is a wet process improved viscosifier and gelling agent.

It is an easy dispersing, rapid yielding organoclay that exhibits high performance efficiency in diesel oil, crude oil, Low BTEX base oil, mineral oil and synthetic containing base fluid formulation.

It is stable and has good suspension and thixotropic features. It can also be used in adhesives and sealant.

Storage

CP-992 Store in a dry, well-ventilated area with temperature of 0℃-30℃.  Keep container closed. The quality guarantee period is 24 months.
