Application

Anti settling agents for water Base paint CP-WBS is used in the following applications:

• Putty
• Antiseptic
• Industrial water reducible paint
• Toothpaste and tooth polish
• Cream and Lotions
• Emulsion paint
• Pigment and blunge water
• Water-borne sealant, adhesive

Using

CP-WBS it can be added directly in powder, with its addition to be 0.2~3.0%. Procedures are as follow.

1. water (PH:7.0-8.0)
2. CP-WBS(Dispersing at high speed for 20-30minutes)
3. Additive
4. Pigment and filler (Mixing and dispersing)
5. Emulsion (Mixing).
6. Post correct.

Package

Kraft bag or kraft complex interior with PE or customized.

Storage

CP-WBS should be stored in ventilated cool and dry place.

 Water based rheological agents are a type of water-based thickener or suspension agent that play an important role in water-based coatings.

It forms a mesh like structure with the hydrophobic structure of paint coatings to increase the viscosity of paint coatings, which can prevent pigment settling on a large scale during long-term storage of paint coatings.

Some users choose cellulose products with thickening rheology agents to increase their viscosity, but more customers choose water-based spraying to be used in water-based paint coatings or other water-based systems of lubricating paper and ink, which can perfectly present anti settling, thixotropy, and complete performance.
