1, Hectorite Organoclay as oilfield chemical for oil drilling mud

Organophilic Clay is an oilfield chemical, It is an easy dispersing, rapid yielding organoclay that exhibits high performance efficiency in diesel oil, crude oil, Low BTEX base oil, mineral oil and synthetic containing base fluid formulation. It is stable and has good suspension and thixotropic features.  

Bentonite Organoclay is a wet process improved viscosifier and gelling agent.

2, Hectorite Organoclay for water borne paints 

Bentonite Organoclay as a water based organoclay use for water borne paints and water borne coatings. So bentonite Organoclay as an inorganic rheology modifier are widely used in water paints and water coatings.

With specific modification, organoclay bentonite could provide excellent stability and thixotropy combined with efficient low-shear viscosity build as well as anti-sag stability flow characteristics.
