Modified bentonite, as the traditional bentonite quality improvement, through the quaternary amine salt modification, can significantly improve the bentonite in a particular aspect of the performance of the industry to promote the diversification of high-end development of the key forces.

Organic bentonite’s main component montmorillonite gives it unique adsorption, swelling and thixotropic properties.

With the promotion of scientific and technological progress, the application of bentonite is increasingly expanding, the market has put forward higher requirements for the performance and quality of bentonite, prompting the industry to continuously deepen the technical research and innovation process.

We recommend storing in a cool and dry environment, maintaining an indoor temperature between 0 and 30 degrees Celsius.

If there is a requirement for high temperature in oilfield drilling fluid, please let us know and we will recommend the corresponding high-temperature type of  HT Organophilic clay Clayton II  to you.

Conventional organic bentonite is suitable for use at temperatures below 180 ℃.Our organic bentonite CP2 can be used in environments below 180 ℃, while our CP250A is suitable for use in environments around 200 ℃ and belongs to high-temperature organic bentonite.

In terms of packaging, we can divide it into  50 pounds, and 25 kilograms per package. Each 40 foot container can hold 25.5 tons with pallets.

A 20 foot container can hold 16 tons with pallets.

Generally, in a 40 foot container, we palletized 28 packages per pallet.A total of 1120 packages.

Guidelines for Application The suggested incorporation rates for ORGANOCLAY HT generally range from 0.2% to 2.0% relative to the total weight of the formulation.

These guidelines serve as a preliminary reference point. To ascertain the most effective concentration, a systematic series of experimental evaluations in a laboratory setting is essential.

Stability testing: Ensuring that the material is sufficiently stable at the selected concentration under the expected storage and use conditions.

This may include long-term storage tests, thermal stability tests, chemical stability tests, etc.
