CP-992 Organophilic Clay is a wet process improved viscosifier and gelling agent.
Organophilic bentonite Clay is an easy dispersing, rapid yielding organoclay that exhibits high performance efficiency in diesel oil, crude oil, Low BTEX base oil, mineral oil and synthetic containing base fluid formulation. It is stable and has good suspension and thixotropic features. It can also be used in adhesives and sealant.

Organophilic clay for preparing oil-based muds. Organic bentonite does not need to be pre-gelled when applied in oil-oil based slurries. It can be used directly with the addition.

The general test for organic bentonite, it is required to be within 5% moisture. And we actually in the reality of the test is required within 3.5. Our use of temperature is generally within 200 ℃.
Specific gravity between 1.5~1.7 belongs to the normal range. This appearance of a white powder, thickening rheology agent, is worth your use in the slurry fluid in large quantities.
We use the packaging is 25 kg per package, that is, 50 pounds per package, according to customer specific requirements to customize the form of packaging.
Regularly we suggest 20 feet container to load 16 tons with pallet child 40 container, can load 25.5 tons with pallet.
