Is the organoclay sample really free?
Yes, the sample itself is free for qualified formulation trials. For small sample sizes we typically cover shipping via standard courier; for larger trial quantities, freight may be discussed depending on destination.
How long does it take to receive a sample?
Samples typically ship within 1โ2 working days of confirming your base oil and application details. International transit time depends on destination and courier โ usually 5โ10 working days.
Can I request samples of multiple grades at once?
Yes โ if you’re testing across more than one base oil system, tell us upfront and we can include multiple grades in one shipment.
What information do I need to provide?
At minimum: base oil or solvent type, application, and target viscosity or performance goal. The more specific you are, the less likely you’ll need a second sample round.
Does the sample come with test data?
Yes โ every sample ships with its Technical Data Sheet and a Certificate of Analysis from the actual production batch.
