It can maintain stable performance at certain temperatures. If you want to achieve complete activation, organo clay bentonite should be added during use to obtain sufficient performance, disperse the pigment better, and always remain stable under some high temperature and high pressure.
In the process of using and adding organo bentonite, please pay attention to the order of addition. The order of addition should be, first add a certain amount of resin including solvent, then add organic clay bentonite for full stirring, and then add pigment or some other additives, disperse and mix at some high speed to achieve the effect of temperature activation.
We recommend that you use organic bentonite clay in an amount between 0.5% and 8%, and determine your own addition amount according to different application scenarios. For example, in the use of grease, we recommend using more amount to achieve better thixotropy, while in some paints and coatings, the addition amount will be relatively reduced.
Organophilic clay is a good coating agent.
