Organo clay rheological additive CP-EZ is a kind of organo clay rheological additive.Especially it is recommended to be applied in medium polarity and high polarity system including aromatic and aliphatic solvent.

Application

CP-EZ is used in the following applications:

• Paints including decorative paint, industrial paint
• Grease
• Inks
• Oil drilling mud
• Cleaning agent
• Oil putty

Using

CP-EZ can be added directly in powder under high shear condition. The addition is recommended to be before grinding procedure to get the best effectiveness. Addition level is commonly 0.2%~1.0%. In low polarity system such as mineral spirit, if polar activator is added, better efficiency can be achieved.

Dosage of polar activator is suggested to be 10%-20% of CP-EZ by weigh
