In coal tar asphalt-resorcinol oil blends, adding Organoclay rheology modifier CP-34 or CP-RL resolves issues such as uneven coating, cracking, or low durability. Consequently, the use of organoclay is particularly favored in industrial coatings and coal tar asphalt. They leverage surface-modified bentonite technology to interact with nonpolar molecules, thereby enhancing flexibility and structural integrity.

Using
It can be added directly in powder. The addition is recommended to be before grinding procedure to get the best effectiveness. Pre-gel procedure and polar activator can be eliminated; but if add polar activator and have pre-gel procedure, better performance may be achieved. Addition level is commonly 0.2%~2.0%.

Packaging Method: Stack individual bags on wooden/plastic pallets

Protection: Sealed with stretch film and secured with strapping to resist moisture and dust
