Rheology agent,rheology modifiers CP-E23 is used for Grease,Inks,Oil drilling mud,Cleaning agent,Oil putty.Rheology agent is a kind of organo clay rheological additive.  Especially Rheology organoclay is recommended to be applied in medium polarity and high polarity system including aromatic and aliphatic solvent.

Using

Rheology agent rheology modifiers CP-E23 can be added directly in powder under high shear condition. The addition is recommended to be before grinding procedure to get the best effectiveness. Addition level is commonly 0.2%~1.0%. In low polarity system such as mineral spirit, if polar activator is added, better efficiency can be achieved.

Dosage of polar activator is suggested to be 10%-20% of CP-E23 by weight

Storage

Solvent Borne Organoclay CP-E23 has a shelf life of 2 years, and should be stored in ventilated cool and dry place.
