The Modified Organoclay bentonite produced by Camp Shinning is obtained by using high-quality waste or calcium based bentonite through efficient extraction or special modification of aggregate rock.
It is particularly emphasized that our organoclay CP34 is mainly used in lubricating grease systems where the base oil is diesel and vegetable oil is the base oil.
Our CP, MPZ is mainly used in lubricating grease systems where the base oil is mineral oil and synthetic oil.
Cp 250a is the best choice for lubricating grease based on mineral oil and synthetic oil, and has special requirements for high temperature and high pressure.
Our product organophilic clay variety is very rich and can be used in different types of lubricating oil systems, such as various types of reducing oil cycloalkane oil, mineral oil, synthetic oil, and lipid oil.
Organo bentonite is planned to continue using it, which has good thickening performance, high temperature resistance, and wear resistance.
Organic bentonite clay can be made into bentonite lubricating grease by dispersing a single organic bentonite in base oil, and can also be used as a graphite or dioxide solid lubricant in oil-based systems as a statistician and suspension agent.
Modified Organoclay bentonite can work very stably at high temperatures of 150 ℃, so its temperature resistance is comparable to that of traditional lithium based esters and polyurea based lubricants.

We recommend using an addition amount of 12% to 17%. Of course, we also have some models used for lubricants, with an addition amount of 10% to 15%, and there are also 8% to 12%.
Different models are recommended based on different base oils.
The appearance of our organic bentonite is mainly in the form of light yellow or light white powder.

Application
CP-250A is used in the following applications:
Grease Lubricant(the base oil is synthetic oil such as middle-high viscosity petroleum, mineral oil, diester oil, polyester oil, vegetable oil etc.)
Wood coating
Modified Organoclay bentonite can be used with pickling oil, reducing oil, low viscosity naphthenic oil, low viscosity mineral oil, ester oil, synthetic oil, silicone oil, soybean oil, and corn oil.

Using
When it is used in Grease Lubricant, polar activator is needed. Polar activator is acetone/water(95/5).
The dosage of activator is 20%-30% of the weight of CP-250A. And also high shear can promote the dispersing of CP-250A.
Add CP-250A while stirring, addition level is 7%-10% of the total formulation. Stir 5~10minutes
Add polar activator, addition level is 2%-3% of the total formulation. Then add other additives, stir 25~30m
Use pump to help it pass colloid grinding and homogenizer.
Deair, filtrate, pack.
Note: With High-speed dispersant of grinding machine, and properly prolong the dispersing time, better gelatin performance can be reached.
The Lubricanting grease which uses organoclay as thickener will own high dropping point, thus can be used under high temperature and presents good impermeability and water resistance.
Now we recommend another method of use.
1, Add 1/2 or 2/3 of the total engine oil to the reactor and heat it to 60-70 ℃.
2,Add a certain amount of Modified Organoclay bentonite while stirring, which takes about 15-20 minutes to make the Modified Organoclay bentonite mix very evenly with other materials.
3,At this time, add a polar activator and stir for 25-30 minutes. We suggest that you determine the amount of this ratio through experiments.
Here, we recommend using a polar activator that includes 95% methanol or 95% ethanol, 95% PC, or acetone.
4,After 3-4 batches of slow addition, the remaining base oil, 1/2 or 1/3 of it, is added to the kettle.After each batch is stirred and fully lubricated, the next batch of base oil is added.
This is very important because it can improve the viscosity, colloidal stability, sexual stability, and mechanical stability of the lubricating grease.
5,Add a certain amount of additive and continue stirring. We must clarify whether the additive can be melted in a small amount of base oil or added in batches to the base oil.
6, The lubricating grease in the martial arts world is homogenized through a homogenizer or cyclically sheared for 30-60 minutes at a pressure of 7-8 kilograms per cubic meter to produce bentonite lubricating grease products.
