<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">When it is used in Grease Lubricant, the polar activator is needed. The polar activator is acetone/water(95/5). The dosage of the activator is 20%-30% of the weight of CP-250A. And also high shear can promote the dispersing of CP-250A.</span>

<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Adding a procedure as follows:</span>

<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">If condition permits heat the base oil to 60~70℃</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Add CP-250A while stirring, addition level is 7%-10% of the total formulation. Stir  5~10minutes</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Add polar activator, addition level is 2%-3% of the total formulation. Then add other additives, stir 25~30m</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Use the pump to help it pass colloid grinding and homogenizer.</span></li>

The process of producing bentonite clay slurry is relatively simple. First, the clay is mixed with an agitator in a central mixing tank. Next, the clay is transferred to a swell tank with a pump.

After 12 hours, the slurry is re-mixed. It is then transferred to a storing tank, and pumped with a vertical pump to a pile point.

The clay slurry is then processed in the presence of a polar organic dispersant, such as propylene carbonate. The mixture is stirred with a mechanical stirrer at 450 rpm for 45 minutes. Then, a polar activator is added.

The &lt;span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Bentonite Slurry&lt;/span&gt; is then prepared by adding a 1% concentration of an organophilic cation or anion.

The ion solution is composed of a cation in isopropyl alcohol and an anion in water. This solution is then added to the diluted clay slurry. This process is repeated until the desired consistency is obtained. If the clay slurry contains too much sodium, it will be a poor gallant.
