3),We suggest that you use polar additives, that is, activators for high–peed stirring for 5~10 minutes, which is about 3~5% of the whole formula.
二),How to use the dry powder directly | organophilic clay chemistry.
For systems with good dispersivity, we suggest you directly add our organophilic clay chemistry dry powder, which is very convenient. Of course, if you add polar activators, such as methanol, propylene carbonate, etc., they are very recommended.
We suggest that you :
1),first mix the solvent system,
2),then directly add the organo bentonite clay powder into the mixture. They stir at a high speed within 10–5 minutes.
3), add polar activators, such as propylene carbonate or ethanol, so that they can stir for 5–0 minutes at a high speed.
4),Finally, add pigments, and then stir at a high speed again, so that they have a better mixture.
Remark We specially remind you to be willing when using organophilic clay chemistry. The organic bentonite clay of cp series is fully and completely dispersed during mixing.

A,Organo clays bentonite and solvent have a certain scope of adaptation. B,The use of polar additives must be appropriate.Because polar activator can promote the dispersion of organophilic clays in the whole formula.In order to ensure the hydrogen bond strength of CP series organobentonites, because excessive or insufficient will affect their fluidity, we generally use 2.5 ~ 3.5% of the total amount of gel, that is, 30 ~ 50% of organobentonites.
C,Proper shearing force, shearing action and time will affect the dispersion performance of organic modified bentonite to a certain extent. The recommended shear rate is 1.2~1.7 meters per second, and the time is 10~20 minutes.
D,Try to avoid the interference of other chemicals on the dispersion ofrheology modifiers bentonite.
E,The addition amount of organo clay bentonite is generally recommended to be 0.2~2.0%. As for your formula, we hope you can determine your specific use amount through experiments.
F,The shelf life of CP series organophilic clay chemistry is two years, but its best service life is one year, and it is not affected by moisture. It should not be placed in an environment above 60 ℃.
