We suggest that you :
1),first mix the solvent system,
2),then directly add the organo bentonite clay powder into the mixture. They stir at a high speed within 10–5 minutes.
3), add polar activators, such as propylene carbonate or ethanol, so that they can stir for 5–0 minutes at a high speed.
4),Finally, add pigments, and then stir at a high speed again, so that they have a better mixture.

D,Try to avoid the interference of other chemicals on the dispersion ofrheology modifiers bentonite.
E,The addition amount of organo clay bentonite is generally recommended to be 0.2~2.0%. As for your formula, we hope you can determine your specific use amount through experiments.
F,The shelf life of CP series organophilic clay chemistry is two years, but its best service life is one year, and it is not affected by moisture. It should not be placed in an environment above 60 ℃.
