Organoclay organophiolic bentonite clay is a viscosifier gelling agent.
Organic bentonite clay is an amine treated bentonite like a Thickener additive in Paints ,Grease, Inks ,Oil drilling mud, Fracturing.
1), When the organoclay applications oil drilling mud or fracturing, the bentonite could increase carrying capacity and sus-pension properties,providing support for weight materials and improve cuttings removal.
So it has good performance on filtration control and aids filter-cake formation.
2), When the organoclay applications paints,coatings,It has high gelling efficiency,high viscosity,wide application range, it can be applied in all low, middle and high polarity range,produce reproducible thixotropic consistency over a wide temperature range,imparts particle suspension, preventing hard settling of pigment and fillers and exerts strong film reinforcing action in organic binder systems.
Organic bentonite clay could use for marine paint, Industrial paint, heavy-duty, anticorrosion paint such as bituminous coatings, epoxy paints, chlorinated rubber paints
3), When the organoclay applications grease,it is a kind of purified and modified organoclay rheological additive, designed especially for using in Grease based on synthetic oils such as vegetable oil, polyester oil. It has high gelling efficiency, fine thixotropy and perfect anti-settling.
