Even under high temperature and high pressure conditions, organobentonite still exhibits excellent suspension properties in oilfield drilling fluids.
In some organic mud systems, its excellent suspension properties prevent a significant decrease in the viscosity of the entire formulation, maintaining a constant balance, especially after 220°C, where it retains stable rheological and thixotropic properties.

CP-EZ Organophilic Clay is an easy dispersing, rapid yielding organoclay that exhibits high performance efficiency in diesel oil, crude oil, Low BTEX base oil, mineral oil and synthetic containing base fluid formulation. It is stable and has good suspension and thixotropic features.

Storage
CP-EZ Store in a dry, well-ventilated area with temperature of 0℃-30℃. Keep container closed. The quality guarantee period is 24 months.

Compared to traditional organobentonite clay, our high-temperature stable organobentonite avoids the risk of failure at 180℃.
It also prevents viscosity collapse at high temperatures, especially sedimentation, because the suspension properties of ordinary traditional organobentonite are not as good as our high-temperature stable bentonite, and its filtration loss is also worse, while our organobentonite can reduce filtration loss.
