After adding organic bentonite to the ink, it can enhance good rheological properties.
This rheological property can greatly improve the viscosity, adhesiveness, yield value, Thixotropy and fluidity of ink.

When using ink, the yield value of large ink is relatively small in rheological properties and may be relatively hard. During the output grinding process, its behavior is relatively slow, but it is unknown that humor will increase its fluidity.

When adding organic bentonite, Thixotropy is one of the properties we are most eager to achieve. During printing, under the action of shear force, the viscosity of the ink will decrease and the fluidity will increase, which is conducive to the smooth operation of the ink.
However, when humor is transferred to the surface of the substrate, the external force disappears, and the fluidity of the ink will decrease, even gradually turning into thickener.
Ink with too large fluidity is prone to emulsification in offset printing, resulting in floating and dirty printed matter; if the fluidity is too small, the ink has a large consistency and viscosity, and some disadvantages caused by excessive ink viscosity are prone to occur during printing.
Different types of inks have different fluidities, which are made according to printing requirements. The fluidity of commonly used sheet-fed offset printing inks is 28-36mm, and that of web offset printing inks is 30-40mm.
