How To Using Water Based Organoclay
Organophilic clay CP-EWS can be added directly in powder, with its addition to be 0.2~3.0%.
The procedures of bentonite organoclay CP-EWS are as follow.
1.water (PH:7.0-8.0)
2.Organic Clay CP-EWS (Dispersing at high speed for 20-30minutes)
3.Additive
4.Pigment and filler (Mixing and dispersing)
5.Emulsion (Mixing).
6.Post correct.

Rheology modifier use kraft paper bag with PE liner or multi – wall paper sacks or customized. 25kg/bag or 22.68kg/bag or customized. 16MT/20fcl with pallet/ 24MT/40fcl with pallet.

Water based organoclay rheological additives CP-EWS has a shelf life of 2 years, and should be stored in ventilated cool and dry place.
