Organic Clay improve cutting carrying capacity , hole cleaning in invert mud workover fluid Organic Clay Viscosifiers CP-982S is an organically modified clay .Organophilic Clay could increases the suspension of solids in fluids thickened with organoclay gellants . Rheological additive Viscosifier has little effect of filtration; this must be controlled separately . Organophilic clay could controls the settling of solids in oil-based drilling muds and other drilling fluids,such as in Oil-based drilling muds ,  Invert emulsion muds , Packer fluids , Completion fluids , Workover fluids . It is a cost-effective product, particularly in all-oil, invert diesel and mineral oil based fluids, where sufficient shear is available to achieve full dispersion. CP-982S viscosifier is used to increase carrying capacity and suspension properties, providing support for weight materials and improved cutting removal.

Organoclay CP-992 is an easy dispersing, self activating organoclay bentonite that exhibits high performance efficiency in diesel, low aromatic mineral oil, modified vegetable oil and synthetic base fluid formulation.Organophilic Clay CP-992  is a wet process improved viscosifier and gelling agent. It is an easy dispersing, rapid yielding organoclay. It is stable and has good suspension and thixotropic features.

Organophilic bentonite can be dispersed with a small amount of polar activator at high speed shear. Organic bentonite clay is applicable in sealants, high temperature lubricating greases, bitumen paints, chlorinated rubber paints, high-grade paints, furniture paints, etc.Organic modified bentonite clay can be added at any step. Then polar activator dosage is 20% of organoclay with dispersion at high speed or by mill. Usually, the dosage in paints is 0.2-1.5%, while in high thixotropic or thick paints is 1-2.7%.
