CP-EZ can be added directly in powder under high shear condition. The addition is recommended to be before grinding procedure to get the best effectiveness. Addition level is commonly 0.2%~1.0%. In low polarity system such as mineral spirit, if polar activator is added, better efficiency can be achieved.

Dosage of polar activator is suggested to be 10%-20% of CP-EZ by weigh

Organophilic Clay CP-992 is a wet process improved viscosifier and gelling agent. It is an easy dispersing, rapid yielding organoclay that exhibits high performance efficiency in diesel oil, crude oil, Low BTEX base oil, mineral oil and synthetic containing base fluid formulation. It is stable and has good suspension and thixotropic features.
