Organophilic Viscosifiers CP-982S is an amine treated organophilic bentonite used as a viscosifier and gelling agent in any oil-based drilling fluid. Easily dispersed and rapid yielding, rheology modifiers CP-982S is designed to effectively increase carrying capacity while requiring less agitation, shear, and heat than conventional clays to properly yield. Organoclay CP-982S performs well in cold weather and with adverse mixing conditions. Organophilic Viscosifiers CP-982S provides optimal performance and low shear rheology in all oil-based drilling, fracture, and workover fluids.
