Organophilic Clay is an easy dispersing, self activating organoclay that exhibits high performance efficiency in diesel, low aromatic mineral oil, modified vegetable oil and synthetic base fluid formulation. CP-150 unique rheological structure suspends weighting materials and other solids with less increase in viscosity and gel strength than conventional bentonite. It is highly effective in distillate and mineral oil based invert fluids.

Organophilic lignite powder uses to replace asphalt or gilsonite to control fluid loss in any synthetic-base drilling fluid system,and is compatible with other additives.

Primary and secondary emulsifiers in oil-base mud systems. emulsifiers is formulated to give good emulsification, improved thermal stability of the invert emulsion, and enhanced high-temperature,high-pressure (HTHP) filtration control. Through comprehensive tests in a number of oil-base mud formulations with various base oils, mud densities, oil/water ratios and hot-rolling temperatures, primary and secondary emulsifiers proves that at working temperature up to 149oC (300oF), CPMUL-P can maintain high ES (electrical stability), low HTHP filtrate and desired rheological property.
